3. What about the after-sale service?

1. Hangzhou KULON Electronics Co., Ltd warrants this KULON-branded hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 7 years from the date of purchase.
2. KULON provides free repair or replacement within warranty period.
3. KULON shall charge against defeats by abnormal storage, usage, connection or changing the structure or any components of the product.
4. Damage by thunder stroke over 10KV (L,N to FG) /6KV(L to N) will not covered by warranty based on IEC61000-4-5.

4. How to choose a suitable led light for your project?

Our professional engineer could make Dialux simulation according to your project details: pole height, road width, distance between two poles, single row or double row, city road or village road and average lux demands.

5. How to deal with the faulty?
|
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution according to real situation. |
